Unread vs. Read – Manual Marking as Read Required in GoHighLevel

Marking conversations as Read:

In the conversation tab click Mark as Read.

Replying to the conversation Manually. You can either use SMS or Email.

Utilize Workflow Action to Edit a Conversation.

Enable Automatic Marking as Read in the Workflow Settings.
