This article will present the concise procedure for reviewing message deliverability in campaigns. You can promptly observe a list of campaign contacts classified into Total, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Replied, Bounced, and Unsubscribed categories.
Step 1: Access the “Campaigns” section and select the campaign that you want to view by clicking on it.
Step 2: Choose a specific period for examining details by selecting a date range from the dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner. The default time frame is typically the previous ten days.
Step 3: Located in the lower right-hand corner of each email in the campaign, you will notice a hyperlink labeled “Show Detail.” Click on it to enlarge the tab, revealing the precise numbers.
Step 4: To view the contacts in a specific category, you can select one of the numbers, and a new window will appear.
