When a payment method is added, the HighLevel checks the ZIP code through our payment service provider. This verification is handled on the provider’s end and acts as an extra layer of security to help prevent fraudulent card usage. If the ZIP code entered doesn’t align with the one linked to your card, an error message will be shown.
To resolve this issue, make sure the ZIP code associated with your default payment method matches the one listed on your bank statement. You can update your payment details by following these steps:
 
Note: If the card number remains the same except for the ZIP code, it will replace your existing card.
Please note :- The ZIP code that needs to be updated is the one associated with the card details, not the billing address ZIP code.
