The “Allow Multiple” functionality guarantees that a lead or contact is either permitted or restricted from joining a particular campaign multiple times. This attribute can be activated or deactivated for each campaign separately.
This functionality is valuable for numerous campaign scenarios. For example, if a lead or contact needs to repeat an appointment confirmation sequence due to cancellation and rescheduling, you may choose to enable the “Allow Multiple” feature. On the other hand, there may be times when you do not want a lead or contact to repeat the same campaign, in which case you would opt to disable the setting.
To enable or disable the “Allow Multiple” setting for a campaign, follow the uncomplicated steps outlined below. This feature determines whether an individual can or cannot join the same campaign more than once.
Step 1: Select the campaign that you want to modify.
Step 2: Expand the Campaign Configuration Menu.
By default, the “Allow Multiple” button will be switched on.
You have the option to retain the default setting, which allows leads/contacts to join the campaign multiple times.
Alternatively, you can toggle it off to prevent contacts from entering the campaign more than once.
