How to Copy a GoHighLevel Workflow to Another Sub-Account
Updated April 15, 2024
Moving workflows between sub-accounts in GoHighLevel normally requires a full Snapshot export, which is time-consuming and transfers far more than you need. This guide walks you through the Copy Workflow feature — available exclusively to Agency Admins — so you can transfer workflows along with their associated tags, custom fields, and pipelines in just a few steps.
Effortlessly transfer workflows between sub-accounts with a streamlined copying feature, eliminating the need for the entire “Snapshot” procedure. Copy Workflow functionality is exclusive to Agency Admins, ensuring efficient management across accounts.
