What actions can I take if my CRM data is loading slowly in GoHighLevel?

If you or your customer encounter problems with slow loading of the dashboard or delayed data display in a specific module, please adhere to the troubleshooting steps provided below:

Step 1: Log in using an incognito window and verify if the issue persists.

If the problem persists, it indicates a potential issue with the browser cache. Please proceed to the following step:

Step 2: Kindly request the user to clear their browser cache and refresh the page. The user will need to sign in again after completing this step.

To clear the cache, please copy and paste the appropriate URL based on your preferred browser:

For Chrome: chrome://settings/site data For Edge: edge://settings/clearBrowserData?search=cache

If your browser is not mentioned above, kindly search for further instructions on clearing cookies/cache specific to your browser.

Please proceed to the next step below if the previous step does not resolve the issue.

Step 3: If the problem persists, it could be due to installed browser extension(s). Kindly request the user to disable all extensions and recheck the issue.

If the issue remains unresolved, please proceed to step 2.

Step 4: Attempt to use alternative browsers such as Firefox, Safari, or Chrome. If the issue persists after trying different browsers, proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Navigate to the page where the issue occurs and perform the following steps: right-click, select Inspect, navigate to the Console tab, and capture a screenshot of any error messages displayed. Please raise a support ticket and include the screenshot for further assistance.
