Here are different scenarios to explain how conversations could appear as glitching:

Why are there incoming calls from different people all being attributed to the same number (e.g. +266696687)?

When calls from different contacts are being combined into one contact or conversation, it’s typically due to the leads making anonymous calls.

Why you are seeing replies in separate conversations

If you see multiple conversations about the same topic, it’s likely because your Twilio number is part of a group chat.

Currently, we don’t support Group Texting/Group SMS. If you’d like this feature, please vote to help us enable group messaging in the future.
