How to Arrange Form Fields Into Multiple Columns in GoHighLevel
Updated February 25, 2025
Cluttered single-column radio buttons and checkboxes make forms harder to scan and reduce completion rates. Using the Spread to Column option in GoHighLevel, you'll arrange these fields into up to five columns for a polished, user-friendly layout across both forms and surveys.
How to Use:
- Open your Form or Survey Builder.
- Click on the Radio, Checkbox, or Radio Image field.
- In the right settings panel, enable the “Spread to Column” option.
- Specify the number of columns.
