How to View Chat Widget Submissions in GoHighLevel Forms

Tracking what contacts submit through your chat widget is essential for managing leads and following up effectively in GoHighLevel. This tutorial walks you through navigating to Form Submissions, filtering by Widget Form, and viewing individual contact profiles.

Step 1: Viewing Chat Widget communications in Form Submissions
- Navigate to Forms > Submissions, and choose “Widget Form” from the dropdown menu.
- Here you’ll be able to view all the widget responses.
- You can click into a contact to view their profile.
