How to Use the Revamped Forms Submissions Page in GoHighLevel

Managing form submission data in GoHighLevel used to mean working with a limited three-column view, making it difficult to analyse responses at a glance. This guide walks you through the revamped Submissions page, including dynamic column management, PDF and CSV exports, and direct copy functionality for contacts.
What’s new?
Expanded Column View:
Before, only three columns (like name and email) were shown. Now, every column from the form submissions is fully visible.
Dynamic Columns:
Users can now select, deselect, and reorder the columns to view the data in the order they prefer.
Copy Functionality:
Users can now copy phone numbers and emails, as well as navigate to URLs directly from the table.
How to use it?
- Navigate to Sites > Forms > Submissions
- Click on the expand icon (in red) to view individual submission. Click on download icon (in green) to download that submission in PDF format
- Select form submissions to download (in CSV format) or delete entries
- Manage table view by clicking on manage columns and selecting/deselecting fields for columns
- Export all form submissions in CSV format from the ‘Export’ button
- Adjust column width in the table view by expanding edges
