Our Form Builder’s Conditional Logic feature enables you to automate responses in your forms according to user behavior. With the ability to apply multiple conditions, select from a variety of actions, and adjust settings as needed, you can create customized experiences. Trigger actions such as showing personalized messages, directing users to particular URLs, or excluding leads to refine the user journey. This functionality enhances the intelligence and adaptability of your forms.
Open the form builder and see the conditional logic from the secondary top bar. Clicking on it will open the popup.
You can configure the following type of logic:
You can add as many “AND” and “OR” conditions as you want. Switching between ‘AND’ and ‘OR’ automatically updates all operations accordingly.
