How to Set Up Round Robin Calendars in GoHighLevel

Managing appointment distribution manually across a team leads to uneven workloads and scheduling conflicts. Here you will set up a GoHighLevel Round Robin calendar, add team members, and configure distribution logic to automate fair meeting assignments.

Step 1: Setting up a Round Robin event:

  • To set up a Round Robin event, navigate to the Calendar Settings page, click the Create Calendar icon, and choose the “Round Robin” option.



Step 2: Adding Team Members

  • You can include multiple team members in Round Robin calendars, ensuring appointments are scheduled and distributed among them based on the set distribution logic.



Step 3: Distribution Logic

  • You can configure Round Robin automated meeting assignments in two ways:
    • Optimize for availability
    • Optimize for equal distribution
