Managing Conversation AI Settings for Every Sub-Account in GHL

Managing Conversation AI across multiple sub-accounts becomes complex when you need granular control over both feature access and cost allocation. This guide walks you through the Conversation AI tab in GoHighLevel CRM Settings, showing you how to toggle the feature and rebilling on or off for each sub-account independently.
When Conversation AI is activated for your crm via the “Company” tab in CRM Settings, a new “Conversation AI” tab will appear in your CRM settings. This tab allows you to manage the feature and rebilling for each sub-account.
Enable/ Disable Feature
Utilize the toggle to control this feature for each sub-account. Turning it off will prevent the sub-account from accessing conversation AI, and if it was already in use, it will immediately halt any further AI generation within that sub-account.
Enable/Disable Rebilling
Utilize the toggle to control Rebilling for each sub-account. Turning it off will disable Rebilling for that sub-account, requiring the crm to cover the associated costs.
