Google is sunsetting its Google Business Profile – Chat starting from Jul 15, 2024. We understand that this is a frustrating situation, and we are here to help you through this change.
Starting July 15, 2024, participants in ongoing chat conversations will receive notifications regarding the feature phaseout. These alerts will continue to appear in active chats until July 31, 2024, when GBP chat support will officially end.
If your profile is missing a phone number or it’s currently hidden, we suggest adding one to your Business Profile by July 31 to ensure customers can still reach you directly.
