Leveraging workflows simplifies the automation process by incorporating triggers and actions, akin to campaigns and triggers but with enhanced functionalities. Workflows boast features such as if-else statements, wait times, mathematical functions, and beyond, providing a robust automation solution surpassing that of campaigns and triggers in both power and versatility.
General comparison between Workflows and the deprecated features:
Utilizing if/else conditions and filtering within workflows enables the creation of highly personalized and precisely targeted automation. By integrating triggers and campaigns into a unified system, workflows enhance efficiency and streamline processes. With a status/execution log, troubleshooting and lead status tracking become simplified tasks within workflows. During onboarding and launch phases, workflows offer ease of testing for quality assurance, ensuring seamless functionality for clients.
You can import your campaigns into workflows, and then add the triggers as well for a more streamlined automation process.
Why are Campaigns and Triggers not visible in my Sub-account?
In instances where a sub-account originates from a master account lacking pre-existing campaigns and triggers, access to the deprecated features setting within the sub-account’s Settings menu under Business Profile may be restricted.
Suppose the workflow was generated from a master sub-account snapshot already equipped with triggers and campaigns. In such instances, users should find an option to activate deprecated features within the Business Profile settings. However, as the CRM transitions clients towards workflows, distancing from campaigns and triggers, these functionalities are automatically deactivated in sub-accounts derived from snapshots devoid of these features. Additionally, agencies established post-November 2021 do not have the default option to activate deprecated features.
