Outdated client address details can cause confusion across invoices, funnels, and communications tied to a GoHighLevel sub-account. Follow these steps to locate the Business Profile settings and update the physical address for any client account.

To update your client’s address, simply follow these steps:

  1. Access the Settings section of your account.
  2. Look for the option labeled Business Profile or a similar term.
  3. Within the business profile settings, locate the field designated for the physical address.
  4. Click on the field to enter or modify the client’s address information.
  5. Once you have made the necessary changes, save the updated address by clicking the appropriate button or option.
