When SaaS Mode sub-accounts fail to generate after a 2-step order form submission, the root cause is almost always test mode Stripe API keys instead of live ones. Follow these steps to align your Stripe integration correctly and get new accounts creating as expected.

Suppose you are experiencing a situation where creating a new account is not occurring while testing the 2-step order form connected to a SaaS Mode plan. In that case, the issue is likely due to using “Test Mode” API keys from Stripe in your account.

Please take note of the following requirements for SaaS Mode to function correctly:

  1. The account, where you construct the sales page containing the 2-step order form linked to your SaaS Mode plans, must be integrated with the same Stripe account as the agency account.
  1. Both the account and the company account should be integrated with live Stripe API keys. During the testing phase, utilize a genuine credit card to ensure accurate results, and if necessary, proceed with refunding the amount in Stripe.
