1. Enrollment and Payment: a. By enrolling in the Academy, the Student agrees to pay the specified course fees in full as indicated during the enrollment process. b. The course fees are 100% non-refundable once paid, regardless of the circumstances. No refunds or credits will be provided.
2. Course Access and Usage: a. Upon successful enrollment and payment, the Student will receive access to the Academy’s course materials for the duration specified in the course description. b. The Student agrees that the course access is for personal use only and is non-transferable. Sharing, distributing, or selling course materials, login credentials, or any other proprietary information to third parties is strictly prohibited. c. The Academy reserves the right to revoke or suspend access to the course without refund if the Student is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Intellectual Property: a. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and any other content provided, are the intellectual property of Growthable and are protected by copyright laws. b. The Student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without prior written consent from Growthable.
4. Disclaimer of Guarantee: a. The Academy strives to provide high-quality educational content and support to its Students. However, individual results may vary based on personal effort, dedication, and application of the course material. b. The Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or success in any form, whether financial, professional, or otherwise, as a result of participating in the courses.
5. Limitation of Liability: a. The Academy and its instructors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the courses or the use of any course materials. b. The Student assumes full responsibility for their actions and decisions made during or after completing the courses.
6. Modification and Termination: a. The Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any course or the entire Academy at its sole discretion without prior notice. b. In the event of termination, the Academy may provide access to course materials for a reasonable period, as determined by Growthable.
