Customer Success (GoHighLevel Onboarding) Manager – Remote (Central or South America)
About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at Growthable, you’ll be the friendly face and guiding hand for our clients as they onboard new users into their GoHighLevel systems. Your role is all about delivering high-energy, engaging, and supportive experiences via Zoom, ensuring clients are thrilled with their progress and fully adopting the platform’s robust feature set. You’ll follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists, record sessions, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-energy, on-camera Zoom calls with clients to guide them through the onboarding process for their whitelabel GoHighLevel systems.
- Follow SOPs and checklists to ensure a consistent and thorough onboarding experience.
- Provide step-by-step support to help clients adopt and utilize the full feature set of their platforms.
- Record Zoom sessions and share recordings with clients for their reference.
- Ensure clients are happy, engaged, and confident in using their systems.
- Meet daily KPIs to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and the Growthable team to ensure a seamless experience.
What We’re Looking For:

- Reliable & Organized: Able to manage a schedule of up to 6 calls per day, follow SOPs, and meet KPIs consistently.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and engaging on camera and in written communication.
- Spanish Language Skills: Fluency or proficiency in Spanish is a huge plus to support our diverse client base.
- Remote Work Experience: Self-motivated and disciplined to thrive in a fully remote environment.
- Customer Success Mindset: Passionate about helping clients succeed and ensuring they have a stellar experience.
Requirements:
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a professional, distraction-free workspace for Zoom calls.
- Reliable computer with a webcam and microphone for on-camera Zoom meetings.
- Availability to work full-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate up to 6 calls per day (calls scheduled based on client needs).
- Comfortable recording Zoom sessions and sharing them with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar SaaS platforms is a plus but not required (we’ll train the right candidate!).
Compensation & Schedule:
- Paid per completed call, with rates ranging from $4 to $10 USD per call.
- Maximum of 6 calls per day, allowing for a manageable yet full-time workload.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate client time zones, with clear expectations for availability.
- This is a contractor position, offering the freedom to work remotely while being part of a supportive team.
