Growthable Ventures LLC – Trade Show Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the trade show competition hosted by Growthable Ventures LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Growthable Ventures”) wherein participants have the opportunity to win a year’s worth of support and onboarding services (“Prize”) for a 12-month period as described herein.

1.2 By entering this competition, you agree to comply with these Terms and the decisions of Growthable Ventures, which are final and binding.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry.

2.2 Employees of Growthable Ventures and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

3. Entry Process

3.1 Participants may enter the competition by scanning a QR code and completing the required entry form. By doing so, participants agree to these Terms.

3.2 All entries must be received by the specified deadline, which is no later than the last day of the Summit (the trade show) on Thursday, October 26th, 2023, at 1:00 PM CST.

4. Prize Details

4.1 The Prize consists of a 12-month subscription to support and onboarding services provided by Growthable Ventures. The subscription will commence on November 1st, 2023, and expire on November 1st, 2024.

5. Marketing Consent

5.1 By entering this competition and submitting their information, participants consent to receive marketing materials, including email and SMS communications, from Growthable Ventures.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The competition winner will be selected through a random drawing, which will take place on the last day of the Summit (the trade show) on Thursday, October 26th, 2023, at 1:00 PM CST.

6.2 The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the first attempt, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Growthable Ventures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud or technical failures.

7.2 Participants agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations during their participation in the competition.

7.3 By participating in the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Growthable Ventures, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability or claim arising out of or related to their participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of NSW without regard to its conflict of law principles.
