There are instances when an active email campaign using Simple Schedule, RSS Schedule, or Batch Schedule Delivery contains content errors, such as spelling mistakes, text modifications, or link updates that need to align with brand standards.
In cases where campaign statistics are crucial, deleting the campaign is not an option. With this update, users will now have the ability to modify the content of ongoing email campaigns for Simple Schedule, RSS, and Batch Schedule before the next scheduled execution.
To make changes, users must navigate to Marketing > Email and access the Email Campaign tab. This section will display a list of ongoing email campaigns scheduled under Simple Schedule, RSS Schedule, and Batch Schedule, along with their respective execution dates.
There will be an option in Actions > Update Email Content.
In the action button, users will find an option labeled “Update Email Content.” This allows them to modify the email details, such as adjusting elements or altering specific words. After making the necessary changes, they must select “Save Edits” to apply the updates.
Note: We are not 100% sure that the copy will get changed before the emails go for the next execution on the server.
