Generally 1–2 business days. Install the whitelabel widget in minutes, and we handle the rest — most agencies hand off support before the end of the week.

+Are there contracts or lock-ins?

No contracts and no pay-per-session fees. Love us, or leave anytime. Quarterly billing simply trades flexibility for a discount.

+Is there really no limit on sub-accounts?

Correct — every plan covers unlimited sub-accounts at one flat rate. Your support cost stays the same whether you have 5 clients or 500.

+What happens if we use more onboarding hours than included?

Extra hours are billed at your plan's overage rate: $100/hr on Ultimate, $80/hr on Pro, $50/hr on Agency Enterprise. You approve overages before they happen.

+What does the setup fee cover?

Configuring your whitelabel widget, branding the knowledge base, and wiring our team into your sub-accounts. It's a one-time fee: $199 on Starter, $99 on Ultimate and Pro, free on Agency Enterprise.

+Can the support team really pass as our own?

Yes — chat, tickets, knowledge base and Zoom sessions all run under your agency's name and branding. Your clients never see Growthable.
