Growthable.io 12-Month Contract Terms and Conditions
This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on 26 October 2023, between the Client (“Client”) and Growthable.io (“Growthable.io”). By accepting these terms and conditions, the Client agrees to abide by the terms outlined below:
1. Term of Contract:
1.1. This Contract is valid for a duration of 12 months, commencing on the date of full payment. 1.2. The Client agrees to pay a reduced rate of $3,350 for this 12-month term.
2. Payment and No Refund Policy:
2.1. The Client must pay the full contract amount of $3,350 on 26 October 2023, to be eligible for the reduced rate.
2.2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that payments are non-refundable.
3. Limited Availability: 3.1. This offer is limited to a maximum of 5 contracts. Growthable.io reserves the right to close this offer once all available contracts are subscribed.
4. General Terms and Conditions:
4.1. The Client agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Contract and any additional policies or guidelines provided by Growthable.io.
4.2. The Client shall not transfer or assign this Contract to any third party without the written consent of Growthable.io.
4.3. Growthable.io reserves the right to make updates or modifications to the services provided during the term of this Contract. The Client will be informed of such changes in advance.
4.4. The Client is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information with Growthable.io.
5. Renewal:
5.1. At the end of the 12-month term, this Contract will automatically renew on a subscription basis.
5.2. The subscription will be billed at the full price of the comparative plan available at the time of renewal.
5.3. The Client may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice to Growthable.io before the renewal date.
6. Termination:
6.1. This Contract may be terminated by the client
6.2. Termination by the Client before the end of the 12-month term will not result in a refund of any payments made.
7. Governing Law:
7.1. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Growthable.io is headquartered.
8. Maximum Sub-Accounts:
8.1. The Client is permitted to create and manage up to a maximum of 25 sub-accounts under this Contract.
8.2. Any request for additional sub-accounts beyond this limit must be submitted to Growthable.io in writing and is subject to approval. 9.3. Growthable.io reserves the right to assess additional fees or restrictions for sub-accounts beyond the maximum limit as outlined in this policy.
9. Entire Agreement:
9.1. By making payment and accepting these terms, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
